I figured it was time to offer up some freebies for my suawesome readers, yes that’s my word for super awesome! So I created some free printables to use when planning your weekly meals.
I have two little girls 20 months apart so needless to say I am busy. And when I slack off at meal planning, I pay for it, actually we all pay for it. I find myself wandering into the kitchen at random times throughout the day and scrounging in the frig and freezer for something last minute I can throw together, probably while holding a fussy baby and getting my toddler to find something to do besides whining for a snack or a popsicle.
These meal boards have helped relieve some mealtime stress and they’re super easy to use. I provided 5 different looks for you to choose from that are the size of a regular sheet of paper – very printer friendly! Just browse through them and print off the one you like. To make it even easier you can put it in an appropriately sized frame and hang or prop up in your kitchen or in a clear sleeve protector and hang it on the refrigerator or tack it on a memo board. Grab a chalk marker (these work amazingly and they are all I use for my menu board and frames ) and wipe it clean each week!
Or if you prefer color here’s an awesome set!
These menu boards make mealtime planning, grocery shopping and everything in between a little bit easier. I even like to add in themes for different days so when I’m planning my grocery list I know that I need condiments for Sandwich Sunday 🙂
These also make very thoughtful, unique and creative gift ideas. Just pick up a nice frame, place the printable of your choice in it and include a chalk marker or two – perfect and functional!!!
*Disclosure: this won’t get the kids out of your hair while actually cooking or planning haha*
