As I’m sitting here typing this, my toddler is insisting that I sing “Daddy finger, daddy finger, where are you?” – seriously one of the most annoying songs; who does this to us?!
Anyways I’m Kristin, former science teacher and respiratory therapist turned SAHM to two beautiful, smart, crazy, sleep-fighters and picky eaters that make me question almost every decision I make in a day. I’m married to a strong, handsome man that gets on my nerves nearly everyday but I’m sure that’s my own fault – seriously. He is an amazing provider and father and is always there for me and our family. Of course marriage isn’t all smoochies and love, it’s freaking tough – but we’ll save that for later posts.
I started this blog mainly because I hoped it would help me in my struggles with post-partum depression and loneliness in being a stay at home mom. And boy has it surpassed my expectations!! So many women have been reaching out to me and sharing their stories, experiences, and encouragement that I wish I would’ve started this sooner. My very first post on PPD was extremely difficult for me to write but I’m so grateful I did, check it out here and let me know what you think: PPD: it hurts… really hurts…
I also run my own etsy shop because I love being creative and sharing that with others so check it out and let me know what you think! Or just drop me a comment and tell me about yourself and why you’re here reading this.
